Move&Sweat - Saturdays at SALT is where the heat is turned up! We kick off at 11:00, with dance all the way until 13:00. The full experience runs until 14:00, giving you plenty of time to move, sweat, and reset. Choose a dance-only ticket, or take it further with a combined sauna ticket. We’ll be moving in Langhuset, and with the sauna option you can flow freely between the dance floor and the steam — sweat, cool down, repeat. Your body will thank you.
