About the event

We open the sauna from 10:00, so you can ease into the day with heat, calm, and a slow warm-up before we hit the dance floor. From 11:00–13:00, we move together in Langhuset — two hours of music, energy, and pure flow. Choose a dance-only ticket, or go all in with the sauna experience. With the combo ticket, you can move freely between the dance floor and the sauna — sweat, reset, and repeat. The sauna stays open until 13:00, giving you the perfect balance of movement and recovery.
