SLIKBACK: Slikback is coming to Kafé Hærverk on the 18th of April 2026 for an exclusive live set. Slikback is an electronic producer from Nairobi, Kenya mainly focusing on experimental music, noise, bass and high intensity rhythms. Over the years his sound has morphed into various forms all meant to be an expression of different ideas and emotions. On “Attrition” Slikback is delivering an immersive melding of cinema and game sound design with tough dance music, drawing on elements of Gqom, Dubstep, Tech-Step, and Hardcore Techno. It's like a sci-fi film for the ears, exploring a chain of events with dark atmospheres and dramatic pacing; trapdoors and auditory jump scares. Its his first full-length album for Planet Mu and was featured on year-end lists by The Wire and DJ Mag. A standout moment in Slikback’s career, "Attrition" is a masterclass in sound design and vision. Strange yet beautiful, intense yet rewarding. DJ GB: DJ GB is a by name and sonic handle for artist Dahir H. GB’s sound straddles the line between exploratory ritualistic club culture and poetics of detailed sound design. High-energy polyrhythmic ensoundment, cross genre encounters between techno, house, funk and various deconstructed sound that’s rooted in uptempo African rhythms recklessly combined with some DIY elements to reveal a new and confrontational personality, setting free both body and speech. ENDRE 3K: Endre 3K aka Endre Dalen connects genres that you might not have realized had anything in common. He’s got a special interest in African and Afro-diasporic electronic music, but with a worldwide record collection as his foundation, anything can happen in his DJ-sets. Endre Dalen is a music journalist, graphic designer, manager for Digital Diaspora, long-time employee for Oslo Mela Festival, a former editor of the anti-racist magazine Samora Forum – and DJ under the name Endre 3K.
